I have a drug test submitting a hair follicle test, but.?

Just recently about a month and a half ago i had sprained my ankle and went to the hospital because i don't have medical but any way , they gave me a few vicodin(4) because i was in allot of pain and then a few days later my grandma seen my ankle a gave me vicodin(7) and i took one per a day even the one's from the hospital and now iv got a job offer but requires a drug test, i am not a person that does drugs and now it has been a month and a half later am i gonna fail this drug follicle test. Is there any thing i can do or say? I have proof on paper.
 
A guilty conscience? If you have proof, why worry? Give it to them before the test..... Good luck

P.S. From hair they can pick up a lot of drugs and how long ago they were taken. Like the year rings in a tree.
