I have a domain/site name similar to a title of a song. Is this legal?

If I start a site/blog that has the same name as an artists album and song could I get into legal problems.

Ex. An artists mini-album is named "Digital Bounce" the track list features a song titled "Digital Bounce" as well.
I purchase digitalbounce.com and start an entertainment/tech site that does not have any relation to the artist and his label.
Could I get sued for using that name?
