I have a dog that wont stop whining at night?

she is a 2 yr old black lab, spaniel mix and she whines and paces from about 3am until 6-6:30am when I get up and let her out. I dont want her in my bedroom but that seems to be the only way to get her to stop.
this is a pretty new behavior, I changed jobs recently and can no longer come home for lunch to let her out. Wondering if she is just sleeping all day and unable to sleep at night. The kids will be home for the summer so maybe that will fix things
 
Why don't you want her in your bedroom? Dogs like to sleep next to their masters. I would just keep her in your room. Maybe if you think that the problem is that serious, take her to a vet or an animal behaviorist.
