I have a Dodge Ram and all the gauges failed they all read 0 what do I do?

Even though I have oil, the gauge says I have none. I have gas but it says I don't I was traveling about 25 or 30 miles an hour and it says I am going 0 miles per hour. Did the computer die or crash or fail? and if so What do I do?
 
if its still running the computer didn't crash on it ,if it had failed it wouldn't be running you lost communications with the main dash harness wiring on it or have blown a fuse for the instrument panel,check and see if they list a main fuse that controls all the instruments in that one,your owners manual will tell you where the fuses are and what they do and it will also be listed on the fuse cover its self,good luck with it.
