I have a Dell Computer. Is there a limit to how many times you can system restore?

I have tried to do a system restore, but it won't let me. I used a a spyware program to clean my computer and I think I took off cookies I was not suppose too. Example I can use Wells Fargo bill pay at work, but it doesn't work at home.
 
no there is not limit to system restore but there is a limit to system recovery.
