i have a court order to keep a truck to a hearing date bank says no they want it

before hearing? truck is only in husbands name but he has order not to voluntarily turn over truck to bank and is doing just that to leave me withiut a car do i have to give it to them?before the hearing in 14 days bankl wont wait
