...couldnot make it that day due t? I have a court date to appear in court for my 2nd arraingment. But my lawyer could not make it that day due to conflict of schedule with another case he has. What can I do now? Should I show up in court without him? Wait for him to reschedule me a court date? Please help..
I have spoken with the lawyer and he told me that he will send a representative person in his place, but he will not know anything about the law. he will ask to reschedule because of schedule conflict. my lawyer said that that i should not show up to court if he is not there. is this normal?
