any advice please anyone i have a dourt case next week at magistrates court against my ex boy friend who assulted me its my first time going to court and i have to stand up and give evidence about wot happend ,i tell u abit about it his been charged with criminal damage to my house wich he smashed up in anger and pleaded guilty to 2nd was assult the photographic evidence only showed a scratch on my eye but wen he hit me in the eye i didnt get a black eye , the police released him and said there was no evidence but when he went to court for his first hearing 2 months ago the magistrates told him to go away and get himself a solicitor cos they decided to charge him with not alot of evidence in wich i cant work out why and 3rd was he went round his ex wifes house and he got done for threatening harraesement my point is wot would he get if found guilty my ex is telling me he will get 28 days would that be right , he is also pleading not guilty to assult as he thinks there is not anough evidence im realy worried any advice please x
