I have a couple of writing and publishing questions...?

1. Is there any editing sites, businesses that I could submit the manuscript I"m working on right now? Even a site that I could get opinions from a professional.
2. Does a Novel/Manuscript have to be written in third person or a narrator telling the story? My story is told through the main characters eyes as time goes a long, if you know what I mean. I just felt like a narrator didn't fit the story. Do you think it will affect my chances of getting my novel published if it's not written with a specific narrator that's not part of the story?
3. Any tips, concerns, questions?
Thanks so much!(;

There are professional sites, but it is better to go to someone that knows you, and at the same time wont go easy on you. They know you, they know what to suggest, what not to suggest, what to say, what to do.
You are writing in first person, right? It doesn't affect your chances. There are many published works writen in first person.
You know, there is a writer, Melissa De La Cruz, that says that publishing a book is like finding a cheap apartment in Manhattan. It is so hard to find one, it is so hard to publish a book. But someway, every day someone finds a cheap appartment in Manhattan.
Read your manuscript time and time again. Know chinks of it. Know it upside down.
I wish you luck
