Please answer the following questions

Which is better
Fight Night Round 4 or UFC Undisputed 2009
EA NHL 2010 or NHL 2k10

And is Madden 10 worth the price? I have been playing Madden since 2003, but I'm slowly losing interest in the game - Will this one spark my love for Madden or Will kill it more?

A little description on why you choose your answer would be nice!
