i have a countax garden tractor. Just put a new battery in, because it would not

start, not a peep! Any ideas? Its been asleep since november

I would look at the battery ground wire as well as the positive wire following it back to the starter solenoid it could be corroded or loose connection or maybe the solenoid is bad.
