and Chrome will not work? If a page loads in IE8 I will get an error message and IE tries to restore the tab and eventually fails. Chrome will not display anything and Firefox will load and then I will shortly get an error message and it will close too. I have disabled all startup files and IE add ons, I have run Malware-bytes and PC Cillan and nothing has resolved the problem.
