I have a Computer Problem?

Whenever I turn on the pc, it is like DEFAULT mode or something like that, I mean to say that, For example the changes which I make on my computer,

and after restarting it, it becomes like I have formatted windows, like there are nothing in the desktop except recycle bin,, and all the other installed programs' icons are moved automatically (by itself) to the start menu, and the internet explorer's saved pages are cleared but the saved files, are there. (No changes occur to them).
