I have a carbureted Ford 302 that bogs at wide open throttle.?

i have tuned the carburetor and fixed the choke and everything but it still happens.It only happens when i punch it and when there is a load on the engine. It works perfectly when not in gear but almost completely dies when i punch it. If i let of the throttle it will some times kick back on. What could be causing this.
