The car doesnt run and I cannot afford to get it fixed. I told the company to basically repo the car and told them I dont want it. They called back and said they didnt want it, it was worth nothing to them, (a 2005 Chevy Classic, great condition.) Then a neighbor calls me and says City of Sparks will tow it in 2 days unless I move it. I have turned the plates into DMV, and removed the car insurance. Who would be responsible for the charges if it is towed? Me or the Financial company?
