when I click the horn,it sounds like there's a rely.I had an alarm installed when I got the car and it doesn't work either.could it be there's a wire not hooked up? not to mention,I had the car stolen and thats when this all happened
check the fuse. if its not blown then check the wire that plugs into the horn , it might be corroded and needs to be cleaned.some times just moving the wire around on the horn while some one is pushing the horn can make it work . that's if its just a corroded wire.
