I have a car alarm and i cant start my car.HELP?

I have a pursuit car alarm, its old and has a numbered key pad near the steeing wheel to lock/unlock the alarm. My car battery died and now i cant start the car( I fully charged the battery) . I dont and never did know the pass code. My mechanic said to just not use it and ill be fine....now its on lockdown. Any info will help,including removal of the thing..thanks

Call Pursuit, technical support. They'll probably want a serial number before they help you. Otherwise, any car thief could learn how to hack and jack your car.
