I have a camera question about video game play recording.?

I have all the stuff ready to record plugged in but I don't know how to change my Powershot SD700 IS into AV input instead of AV output. If it is not capable off doing that can it on that camera can you do it on a Powershot S5 IS.


If you could reply in detail that would help
