I owe 20k on a personal credit card that I haven't paid. Would I be notified if the credit card company put a lien on my business? or me? and if I sell my business can they automatically collect my profit? thanks!
 
You should consult a lawyer to be sure. But I would say yes, they can put a lien on your business, and they can take your profit.

I know times are tough, but pay your stinking bills!
