i have a bumb on my right index finger and a smaller one on the palm of my

right hand are they just warts? I had one like it that was on the bottom of my foot for a few months and was walking bear foot and ripped it of and it bleed profusely and was painful, but it never came back. The one on my index finger is cracked from me messing with it. Does anybody know what they are?
They just look like normal, but rough skin that is raised except for one that is cracked.
