I have a buick LeSabre 1991, 3.8l v6, 4t60 tranny, with near 200,000 miles on it?

If i overfill my automatic transmission will it make a squealing noise?
kinda sounds like the fluid is being forced through a bypass. The noise is only at high RPM. or if i rev it up. makes this sound in all gears including park and neutral. also I just did a filter and fluid change
