shifts and gas mileage is horrible.? I have a brand new gmc terrain, I have had major problems with the way it shifts and gas mileage is horrible. When I put in shop, they said nothings wrong with it, told me it was my imagination. LOl, until I called owner of dealership and asked him to drive in my car and he was told they did that and I said NO ONE did that. When I went back the couldnt apologize enough. They are still working on the problem. Do you think its fair gmc replace my vehicle with a new one, since they have robbed me of my happiness for a new car I am completely disgusted with this vehicle and I have taken on a serious emotional strain with all this. What should I do, should I get an attorney
WHat is zone manager, I have contacted GMC customer service specialist and she says I have to wait and see when they fix it and then maybe we can talk options. I am getting aggravated with all this, I am so embarressed when people ride in my car and notice it.
