I have a BlueFox BF-402 Bluetooth headset. They stopped working but flash amber when charging. What gives?

I just bought these things and only use them in the gym and whatnot... They just up and stopped working but an amber LED slowly flashes when you plug in the charger. What's up? I lost my manual so I can't look it up.
