...Google Sync? When I go to the Verizon website to download the Backup Assistant, it reads, "The Backup Assistant icon can be found in the main menu of your BlackBerry device." But it hasn't popped up. I even tried the service books method and got nothing. And ideas?
I also came across Google Sync, which I heard was really dependable. So I go to their website to try and download it and it says to open up the link m.Google.com/sync and to then follow the on-screen links to get started. But nothing pops up, all it says is:
Google Sync allows Contacts and Calendar
synchronization with many phones. To find out if
your phone is supported and learn how to set up
Google Sync visit the Google Mobile website on
your computer.
But all I get is an neverending cycle of nothing. Any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.
