I have a bicycle, a "Coast King" that needs new tires. Help?

I got this bicycle, and it is pretty old I guess. The tire size is 26x1 3/8 but there is no ISO number or anything on it. It says fits to rims F4 and EA3. The brand of tires on it right now is Million "New Sports."

I'm thinking of getting Kenda K40 Street 26 Inch Tire (EA3) 26x1 3/8" (37-590) tires.... would these work?
