I have a "BESTFRIEND" who I see don't seem to care about anything I say or do?

I always listen to something she has to say when I don't care give her good advice and act like I do care
But when I tell her something she like okay or anyway ( like she don't care )
I'm really starting to have second thoughts about our friendship
I don't know if it's jealously or envy
But I need help and advice
