I have a bad SNR on my cell phone, will bluetooth help?

Whenever I listen to a mp3 or watch a video on my cell phone (a LG optimus one) i get a lot of pops and clicks and hisses. It's very annoying.

If I use a bluetooth headset, would it help?

If it helps any, both the headphone port and the speakers have strange pop and clicking noises.
