Does it mean that it's just not working? Or i'm doing something wrong? I do cardio for an hour a day, and i don't eat foods that are bad for you. I'm not obsessive of my abs but when you put alot of effort into them, and my whole body and when the rest of your body shows improvment and your stomach is pooched out it makes you wonder what you're doing wrong! Does anyone have any suggestions about the ab lounge? Or how to help me?
