I have a 98' Honda Civic EX: When I shift into 2nd gear it sometimes goes into gear.?

When my car goes into 2nd gear it sometimes goes into gear and when it does, sometimes it gets out of gear by its self. When I shift into 3rd gear it grinds most of the even when you shift normally. It does have an Acura transmission. I only have trouble with 2nd and 3rd gears. One guy told me to change the transmission into a regular honda trans. and another told me something about cables and I also recently changed the clutch, any advice anyone, and please dont say its an engine problem becauseit only has 99, 238 original miles on the car. Thank You for your help. I really appreciate it.
 
that person who told you to change trannys is wrong
the trannys are the same...

you need to get it rebuilt is all if its popping out...

my integra did that...
