...tripped. How do I fix it? I think some smoke may have tripped a switch in my car and is now preventing it from starting. Something like that happened in my old car when I hit an ice patch and lost control.

I am wondering if anyone knows where the switch is (if there is one) inside a 1998 Chevy Prizm, and how I can get it working again.
