head lights are off the interior...? Everything is off but the brake lights.

98 Acura TL with brake lights that won't turn off.

Anyone heard of something like this? 10 pts. to answer that works.
 
it sounds like your security system is stuck between locked or unlocked. also it could be because your brake peddle retracter is worn out.that happens when you cover the brake while you drive.

check the brake light switch--
should be on the brake pedal, when you push the brakes it makes the brake lights come on--it can be adjusted, screw it in or out

try pulling up on the brake pedal to see if they go off, if they do find the switch and check it

either your brake ligh switch is bad,or your brake pedal is not returning high enough to open the circuit. using your foot under the brake pedal pull up on the pedal and see if your lights go out. if they dont you need a new switch.
