...it???? im getting a t3 t4? i am looking to turbo my ford probe gt. its all stock. nothing aftermarket what so ever.
i need to know what parts to get before i put the turbo in so as to not mess up my engine. im wanting to push around 25 psi. i heard it may take a new ecu, pistons, injectors and a few other things. but i was also told i might not need anything at all which i believe is false. its a 2.5 V6 DOHC 5 Speed manual. 1996. thank you very much to everyone who answers!!!!!!!
ok ealier i was saying 25 psi in my previous qeustion. that will be done on my nsx. but i think for my project probe i want to run the most boost for the cheapest price. please no one contact me trying to sell parts. i am doing this on my own. i have built a custom intercooler and piping but have no turbo. also have made my own headers. but just got into the turbo scene. any suggestions on how much boost and maybe a little advice that i may need to know for turbos.... also i have an old first gen supra it was at one time turbo but it was removed and hasnt been driven in almost a year. it had a full aftermarket turbonetics turbo kit. since its old should i consider replacing all the parts. when i dropped the motor and chopped it up they looked ok but would like to know if its a risk or not. sorry for sounding like an idiot but i just got into cars. been in sport bikes for a 3 years.
