I have a 96 ford explorer and need the keyless entry code, i cannot locate it anywhere?

Ive looked in the glove box, i don't have the owners manual, Ive looked in the tire jack compartment...i notice wear n tear on the 1/2 5/6 and 9/0 any ideas any one?
