It goes off everytime I open the door or try to start the car. There is no engine check or battery check sign. The maintennance indicator doesn't indicate the need for a car checkup. My muffler has detached from the anterior exhaust pipe, but the car was still drivable for a week even though it sounded louder before this car alarm problem started. I tried to jump start the car but it would not work either. Now the car won't start at all even with the alarm blaring in the background.
