I recently purchased a 95 Chrysler Cirrus that seems to stall out as if the fuel pump is bad. It starts back up almost immediately but I also notice that my RPM gauge, radio and power locks and windows are inoperative simultaneously when vehicle is stuttering/stallings. At times there is no power to those features and car wont turn over as if its out of gas (full tank before u ask...lol). Is this a electrical issue or fuel pump issue. Car runs great when its not stalling and as mentioned, starts a few seconds to a minute after every stall out...
