I have a 95 Buick Regal with 75K on it .There is a high pitch tone?

coming from the glove compartment area .You can't hear it from under the hood only in the cab. .It doesn't change or go away if you turn up the heater fan .It seems to happen most when you first start the car on a hot day ,when it's idling and when you drive .Also it gets louder when you step on the gas . Also is the fuse box around there ? Any ideas would be appreciated .Thanks!
Wow,Michael ,I think your right! How can you fix it?
 
if it sounds like a whistle or similar it is most likely a vacuum leak in the hater vacuum lines that operate your heater and a/c
