I have 94 Honda civic ex and when I start up my car like the next day when the engine has totally cooled down the transmission (oh at least I think that it its coming from the right side of my gas pedal an in front of the shift knob) starts to make a whirring but its not loud enough for people outside to hear but clear enough to hear it when ur inside sound it also makes it when I hit a bumb kind of hard I dont know if its the transmission and if it is what could be wrong with it? How much will it cost?
Also I was going to give it a tune up which spark plugs and wires should I get it? its stock d16z6 1.6 v-tec.
