I have a 94 dodge intrepid, with bad power steering leak?

Hello, can someone help me? I have a 94 dodge intrepid, with a very bad power steering leak, and there are very dark fumes coming from my exhaust, what’s my damage?
could it be the racket pioion?
 
i dont think the 2 are conectied the leak will smoak under the car up frunt ware the oil drips on the tayl pipe
dark smoak from your taylpipe is likly from over filing your oil maby chack the oil lvl in the engen first
if not that you are burining oil in the moter and that is bad
