i have a 94 caprice 9c1 and sometimes takes long to start?

i have 142,xxx on it i have a full cat delete exhaust and on warm days starts no prob on cold days it takes a lil longer to start n if i try to pull str8 off no matter the weather it cuts off and stalls unleast i floor my gas.whats the problem can someone please help.is it my spark plugs n or spark plug wires. not sure wen last tune up was
