i have a 94 buick park ave and i ran out of gas and now it will not start...?

I tried to jump it acts like it wants to start but will not turn over. like its not getting any gas. what could it be?? do it have a rest switch for the fuel pump? please help!
i put gas in the car and then tried to start it and it didnt start so i tried to jump it and that didnt work. it acts like it wants to start. dont think it is getting gas please help! does it have a fuel pump reset??
 
if you gas tank is empty the reason why it wont start is because there is no gas getting to the engine you should get some gas for your car and try the engine again
 
If the fuel pump is working,Just Turn on the key to the run position,raise the hood and locate the injector port purge valve(looks like a valve on a tire)Just depress it until the gas comes out.
