i have a 93 ford ranger, and dont of money to lift it, is there any alteranatives.?

so i got this truck from my dad a while back, and i dont got enogh funds to lift it up to high. but i got these sweet 38 micky ts i was gona through on. but need to lift it first, lol, so any help would be ausome.
i thought about trimin up the fenders but idk,

um u can put a body lift on it, u wont clear 38's though, a bod lift is very cheap
