I have a 92 honda civic with 1.5 bottom block and a d15b7 with a 1.6 top head HELP ASAP?

i changed the head on my car but one of the valves weren't working on the 1.5 head but i had a spare 1.6 head that fit perfectly but my timing belt is lose now i dont know what i need to do?!?!?!?
