i have a 91 jeep cherokee laredo and my car shakes when started?

i changed the plugs one month ago and the cap and rotor and the wires last december... it idles funny from like 500 to 1000 rpm it jumps for about 10 second then its ok after that i was wondering if any of u have any ideas and what it may be
 
I would suspect the EGR valve, the coolant temperature sensor or other emissions control components.
