i have a 91 honda xr 80 that i restored from the frame up. i cant get it to start.

i dont know alot about dirt? i cant get it to fire up it ran when i began the restore. im not use to small bikes. when you kick it should you see a spark from the plug if you have it pulled. it will give you a small shock but you cant see the spark. my bigger bikes will spark very good. any help would be great thank you.
