i have a 90cc Panterra dirt bike, and it wont start unless i push it in 3rd gear...

...and hold the throttle down,? the kick start sometimes works once the engine warms up, if anyone knows whats wrong with it and/or how to fix it please let me know by contacting me at 516 233 0161 or leave an answer, thanks:)
