I have a 9 week pomeranian he sleep during day but at night he whines what should I do ?

My puppy is cute my brother threthens me that we should return him please help dont get enough sleep the puppy is very hyper help.
 
i had 4 doxies puppies at once...what i had to do was keep them busy during the day...play...take them outside...whatever...to adjust their body's timeclock....also..i put a ticking clock in their bed at night...they think it's mama's heartbeat.....just keep him busy!!!!
 
give him an alergy pill, that always works for my grandma, also wake him up during the day so that he's not awak during the night
 
If you give him attention, he will just learn that the crying works. Put him in a crate, cover it with a blanket, and leave him at the other side of the house so you can't hear him. Don't tell him "no" or "be quiet"; he is looking for any type of attention and you will just be fueling hes misbehavior. After a little while, he should tire himself out of crying, or at least learn that it won't get him anywhere. You should also talk to your brother about ignoring it. If he yells at the puppy, he will just make it worse.

You should also let your puppy run around for a while before bed so he can get that extra energy out.
