There is this thing. It's on the left side of the keyboard, above the shift key. See it? It says Caps Lock. Press it PLEASE.
OK:
Open up the fuse panel. Locate the dash fuse. Replace the blown fuse. There is a relay that controls the ignition, which activates the dash lights.The horn is a separate circuit. go through all the fuses at the interior kick panel as well as under the hood. once those are all corrected (replaced if blown) then check and see what works and what does not.
