First:
There is this thing. It's on the left side of the keyboard, above the shift key. See it? It says Caps Lock. Press it PLEASE.
OK:
Open up the fuse panel. Locate the dash fuse. Replace the blown fuse. There is a relay that controls the ignition, which activates the dash lights. The horn is a separate circuit. go through all the fuses at the interior kick panel as well as under the hood. once those are all corrected (replaced if blown) then check and see what works and what does not.

iS THERE A RELAY THAT CONTROLS THE RPM'S, FUEL, TEMP GAUGE, WARNING LIGHTS ON DASHBOARD DO NOT COME ON WHEN YOU JUST TURN THE KEY ONLY THE BATTERY LIGHT DOES AND i HAVE NO HORN. PLEASE HELP

first turn the caps key off.........
second there is a fuse that covers these it is probably blown...if not its a grounding issue most likely........that is if this is a new issue and u didn't get the car this way and it all happened at once...
