its the 4 cyc i replaced the starter and replaced the solenoid on the starter twice... now its sat for about 2 months now it wont even crank. the batteries fine and charged but the damn thing wont even make a noise.... any ideas?

Also the CT SY fuse keeps blowing i cant even put the fuse in and it will blow... im sure that's a short but can that CT SY affect the car from starting...

From what i know the ctsy is the courtesy fuse?
the ignition switch is behind the steering column right?

You either have a bad ignition switch or a wire issue or another bad starter/solenoid. You need to check and see if you have voltage at the solenoid wire when the key is in the start position it should be ground and turn to positive when the key is in the start position if you don't have positive voltage then you have an ignition switch problem. If you don't have ground at that wire then you have a wire issue, if you have positive voltage at the solenoid wire in the start position i am afraid you have a bad starter/solenoid. The courtesy fuse is usually the interior lamps you may have a shorted bulb it may also be the cigarette lighter if it doesn't list a cigarette lighter fuse.
