i have a '83 honda 200e, wont start. any ideas?

started it yesterday ran it for 5 mins, went to start it again and broke the pull cord. fix that today, and now i cant get it started it chuged twice but wont actually turn over. any help would be great
fuel is fine ive flooded it and have cleaned it up several times. but just cant seem to get it to fire over anymore. again i had it running yesterday
