okay i was going tobuy 2 females and one male of each.
guppies.
black mollys.
and neon tetras.
and a couple algea eaters.
and i know that they do get over populated from breeding, but i have a couple other 40 gallon tanks im going to use if that happens, and evenatually it will. will any of them eat eachother?
okay well re-reading everything. no algae eaters. and 7 tetra, and 2 male guppies with 5 female.and about 5 black mollies if it has lots of plants for baby to hide in and i leave them alone and dont mess with babies. will it be okay?

Get rid of one of the algae eaters, one will be over enough as it is. More neon tetra is necessary because they are schooling fish. I would say 10 neon tetras. I personally don't think you should get the black mollies, but if its nessasary, then go for it. I would get more guppies, colourful ones. Colourful fancy guppies look awesome with neon tetras. Lastly, I would get a center piece to the tank. Maybe two brilliant white angels, or a rainbow fish. Two blue rams would be awesome. Or maybe even a moonlight gourami. The possibilities are endless, dont settle for less!

Hope I helped! ;]
